American Cheese Society Conference - Pittsburgh

 On July 26th, Ari was honored to speak on a panel along with the distinguished group shown here.  Jeff Roberts  (front) moderated the panel which included Ari, Victory Brewing's Bill  Covaleski  (middle) and Cheesemonger  Rory Stamp  (right). Approximately 200 people attended the session on fermentation and artisan production which included tastings from Victory Brewing Co., Southern Tier Brewing Co. and Stoudt's. Ari offered up his award winning Lamb Prosciutto as part of the tasting which made a delicious pairing with St. Malachi Cheese from the  Farm at Doe Run .
